Cooking Vegan For The Holidays

Thank you to everyone who attended our Cooking Vegan For the Holidays class! The class took place on November 16th at Cleveland High School. Our fantastic instructors, Chelsea and Jess, led a class of 16 students on how to make some vegan versions of holiday dinner staples. The class made a Holiday Roast out of wheat gluten, and complete with stuffing. They also made Sweet Potato Casserole and Pecan Pie.
