Come celebrate a great week of vegan outreach with us at our biggest event! Try Vegan Week PDX is hosting the Purple Rain Vegan Prom! It will be held Friday, June 13th from 8-11pm at The Secret Society Ballroom. The Secret Society Ballroom is located at 116 NE Russell. Tickets are now $10 each due to the overwhelming support of our sponsors, with $2 for shipping, or we can hold it for you at will-call if you prefer. As a final option you may pick up tickets from Herbivore Clothing as well.
This is an 18 and over event; ID’s will be checked at the door. The prom is an alcohol and drug free event. No alcohol will be allowed in the building. There is the possibility of a side bar within the building, next to the ballroom, being open for business at the time of prom, so those wanting to indulge in libations can. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Be sure to check back often as more tickets will be released to sell in the coming weeks. This is a fun festive event centered around the 70’s and 80’s decades. There will be prizes for best dressed and best celebrity look-alike so come prepared!
