Owned by the Cruz family. As their website says, the vegan and omni truck, the first location, was begun by daughter Alicia as a high school project. Her vegan influence means that everyone in both locations is attentive to the needs of vegans. The entire menu is available in both meat and vegan options. A great place to go to make everyone in a mixed vegan and omni group very, very happy.
